Budgie-Desktop is a GTK+ based desktop environment which focuses on simplicity and elegance. It provides a traditional desktop metaphor based interface utilising customisable panel based menu driven system. Budgie-Desktop is written from scratch utilising many GNOME based sub-systems such as GVC and gnome-settings-daemon.

PoWA is a PostgreSQL Workload Analyzer that gathers performance stats and provides real-time charts and graphs to help monitor and tune your PostgreSQL servers. This package contains the core extension of the PoWA project, the archivist.

SACLIB is a library of C programs for computer algebra derived from the SAC2 system. It includes algorithms for list processing, arithmetic of integers, rational numbers, and polynomials, modular arithmetic, linear algebra, and more.

Biblio::Citation::Compare exports two subroutines which perform fuzzy comparisons between citations (described using Perl hashes) and author lists. The subroutine attempt to determine if the citations and author lists refer to the same works and ordered lists of authors, respectively.

Biblio::Thesaurus::ModRewrite implements a compiler to run programs written in a domain specific language that can be used to manipulate information in ontologies. This domain specific language is called OML and is described in the next section.

Bio::Biblio provides both methods to access bibliographic repositories, and to handle citation files in different formats.
