NGSpice is a mixed-level/mixed-signal circuit simulator. Its code is based on three open source software packages: Spice3f5, Cider1b1 and Xspice. It supports compiled Verilog-A models through the built-in OSDI interface.

gdebi lets you install local deb packages resolving and installing its dependencies. apt does the same, but only for remote (http, ftp) located packages.

This provides an easy way to create GNUstep app-wrappers of non-GNUstep applications. It is the most useful in conjunction with GWorkspace environment.
