The EGit project is implementing Eclipse tooling on top of the JGit Java implementation of Git.

PostGIS adds support for geographic objects to the PostgreSQL object-relational database. In effect, PostGIS "spatially enables" the PostgreSQL server, allowing it to be used as a backend spatial database for geographic information systems (GIS), much like ESRI's SDE or Oracle's Spatial extension. PostGIS follows the OpenGIS "Simple Features Specification for SQL".

Exim (v4) is a mail transport agent. This package contains the exim4 daemon with only basic features enabled. It works well with the standard setups that are provided by Debian and includes support for TLS encryption and the dlopen patch to allow dynamic loading of a local_scan function.

Cppcheck is a command-line tool that tries to detect bugs that your C/C++ compiler doesn't see. It is versatile, and can check non-standard code including various compiler extensions, inline assembly code, etc. Its internal preprocessor can handle includes, macros, and several preprocessor commands. While Cppcheck is highly configurable, you can start using it just by giving it a path to the source code.

This program can be used as an IRC server which forwards everything you say to people on other chat networks: Jabber (which includes Google Talk), ICQ, AIM, MSN and Twitter.
